Extreme Health Day 1

Well it’s only been 4 hours and we’ve been filled with what’s new and remarkable in the areas of cells, skin, and hyperbaric oxygen treatments.
If you don’t know T. Harv Eker, the mastermind behind this long weekend of what’s truly worth considering in the fields of health and anti-aging, check his company out. Peak Potentials is the fastest growing personal development company in North America today and Harv creates courses and camps that have no rival in terms of value.
We’ve had three speakers so far, all full of great information and varied areas of expertise. As you would imagine, all of them look younger than their years and enjoy optimal health. It wasn’t always so and each came to their brand of miracle because of something that happened to their health.
Our first speaker is coming back Saturday to introduce us to his products and modalities so I’ll save him for later.
Bob Heinman, creator of Epicuren skin producs ia 70 year young scientist, former business guy, long haired, cool dude who is extremely smart. He knows skin. And here are a few tidbits from his talk:

The best sunscreens contain titanium dioxide or zinc oxide.
The less chemical additives the better.
No sunscreen if you are just tooling about the neighborhood and are outside for a few minutes at a time is ok!
Wearing sunscreen in tropical sun and staying out in it for long periods of time because you are wearing sunscreen is not ok, not smart.
Lines on the face are not the determinant of good skin, elasticity is.
In order to maintain elasticity do these things:
eat more good fats
drink water
be excited about life and let your face reflect that
do facial exercises
You should see this guy’s neck, it’s beautiful and toned.

Aside from his products here are a few he worked to develop:
Alpha Lipoic Omega
Pro-Collagen-3

I for one am going to check out his site and products. He’s very convincing and looks great. A recent encounter with a dermatologist who did not know him said, “you look great but you are definately over 40.” Did you read above where I mentioned he is 70?

Off to eat lunch, more later.
