Have You Laughed Today?
We all know how important it is to laugh. According to a number of different sources adults laugh only 15 times per day and that is 175 less times than when we were young children.
Laughter de-stresses us, produces endorphins or feel good hormones, and even burns calories. What more do you want for nothing?
Take a moment and sample this woman’s writing. She is a member of an online group I belong to called NABBW or National Association of Baby Boomer Women. There are hundreds of smart, funny, thoughtful women in this organization and the forums are lively and interesting.
She writes with such skill and makes the every day hilarious. At her blog she holds forth on the things so many of us think, like the dangers of supermarket shopping and having teenagers.
You only need a few minutes to enjoy her writing and just have a good laugh.
It’s the best antidote to an annoying moment or stressful day.
