This information about stress is incredible! I've never heard a description of the ravages of stress put so well or so understandably. I sort of knew about vitamin B, but will for sure start taking a B-complex everyday.

But, even with vitamins, you are so right about all the damage we're doing to ourselves by not being aware of what our life-stressors are doing to our bodies. It's like you can't smoke cigarettes and then take an expectorant to cough up all the "bad stuff" in your lungs. The damage is done!

Throughout my decades here on earth I have lived through my share of stress, just like most women. I've managed to pick myself up, have a few laughs at myself, and enjoy whatever I can. Life isn't easy, but we sure don't do ourselves any favors by wallowing in the pain of it, eh?

My sister sent me this incredible quote, of which she has no idea who said it. Here it is:

"Life is not waiting for the storms to pass...it is learning to dance in the rain!"

I LOVE that! And I love this information you've shared here. I will never again think of stress as "just stress"... it is truly THE #1 Toxin forevermore! Thanks for this invaluable information.

You already know how much I appreciate your always great information and suggestions. This post, however, really got me to thinking. I had no idea that stress is the #1 toxin to our bodies.
Thankfully, I've recently done some lifestyle stress reduction: cut back on work hours, saying "no" to most things I don't want to do, realizing that "this, too, shall pass," etc. Now that I've read your post, I'm going to do even more. THANKS!!
