		<description>As always, you are right on topic!  I&#039;ve been trying to find my way through my 50&#039;s and it&#039;s only been with the help of great information and taking care of my health that have helped me keep up with the strain.

I have learned to ask myself this question every single morning &quot;What am I doing for exercise today?&quot;  That one question, voiced aloud, has gotten me off my butt and into a regular exercise program.  

Then, I wrote down everything I ate every day for a week.  When I took a look at the list, I knew where I could cut things out to feel better.

Accepting your aches, pains, and general lethargy as &quot;that&#039;s just me&quot; is way beyond ridiculous.  We need to ask ourselves &quot;why&quot; and move on!
