Archive for the Surveys
Well it’s hard to believe one year has passed since the first mind and body survey but there you go, it has.
What kind of survey is it and why do I do this? First of all the survey is not just a boring-one-answer-fits-none type questionnaire. There are lots of places for you to answer in your own words. Getting to know who you are and what your concerns are is what I’m after. I’m also looking for what you love about your life right now. When it’s all done, April 16th, I’ll compile all the answers into a report that is available to you if you participate. Who among us doesn’t like to know what other women are thinking and feeling about their lives, their bodies, what we love, what annoys the c**p out of us and more?
The results also give me an idea of what you want to hear more about. Do you want recipes in the reformatted ezine or just articles and information on health? Do you feel you’d like a home study course on tuning up the mind and body, a live class or teleseries of health experts?
My intention as a coach is to support you and the best way for me to do that is to know what it is you are looking for.
So if you would, use this link and join the 50 or so women who have already filled it out. It will take 15 minutes or so. Thanks for your time in advance, I appreciate it because I know how valuable time is.
Pass the word around if you would and let other boomer girls know this is available.
And if you’d like to read last years report just send an email to gregory@midlifewithavengeance.com with “report 2008″ in the subject line. I think you’ll enjoy seeing the variety of women that make up the Midlife with a vengeance community. I sure do.
Well the results are in and the report is completed. 118 smart, midlife women took the time to answer questions about their lives, thoughts about themselves, their daily habits and more. The results prove that we are indeed a unique bunch with plenty of similarities. It’s a good reminder that no matter how different we all are we are very much the same when it comes to the things that matter.

The report is not just a compilation of facts and figures. It’s a glimpse into the lives of women like yourself, the struggles, the parts we love, the giggles over what wiggles.
And being the coach that I am I could not resist doing just that when I saw an opening. Who knows, you might find just the thing you need to get started or sticking to a plan for change.
I am looking for information and asking for your help.
If you’ve got 8 minutes and love talking about yourself-who doesn’t–then consider being a participant in my first ever Smart Woman’s Mind and Body Survey.
What am I looking for? I want to know what you are looking for in the world of health for one.
I also want to know how you feel about your midlife self, what magazines you read, and what condiment you’d come back as if you had to.
(Those who don’t believe in reincarnation are asked to suspend their disbelief for the purposes of completing the survey or can skip that question.)
I am offering my latest free report for those who decide to play. It’s titled, “The 15 Best Nutrition, Health, and Wellness Websites for Smart Women.” There are bonus sites as well and I guarantee you don’t want to miss this report if you’ve ever had a question about your health and didn’t know who to trust or where to buy a supplement or even shop for those personal items in the privacy of your own home.
